Shipping

Please give 24-48 hours to process your order and 48-72 hours on the weekend. When your order is processed ready to ship you will receive an  email with your tracking information. We ship to the ship to address only via USPS priority mail taking up to 3-5 business days to receive.  Someone must be there to sign for your package or a slip will be left advising you to pick up your order at the post office.

His House Of Hair will be held harmless (not responsible) for Late and/or Delayed shipments due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, and\or carrier delays. NOTE: Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

Please verify your shipping information before you submit your order for processing. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate & complete information possible. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Make sure you have included all of the required information (zip code, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For Refused Or Abandoned Shipments. If a shipment is returned due to an undeliverable address, you will be solely responsible for additional shipping charges that may be incurred. Your Irreplaceable purchase indicates that you have read and understood our shipping policy and agree to adhere to the terms as set forth.

 

(1) FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION 

His House Of Hair currently ships orders using USPS. Orders placed before 4 pm Pacific Standard Time, will be shipped the same day. Flat rate shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).

(2) EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY

His House Of Hair offers 1-2 day shipping for $25.00. This shipping method automatically includes insurance and signature confirmation at no extra charge.

(3) INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

His House Of Hair ships international orders via USPS priority International. International shipments cost $35.00 for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 7-9 working days. His House Of Hair is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
