Shipping
Please give 24-48 hours to process your order and 48-72 hours on the weekend. When your order is processed ready to ship you will receive an email with your tracking information. We ship to the ship to address only via USPS priority mail taking up to 3-5 business days to receive. Someone must be there to sign for your package or a slip will be left advising you to pick up your order at the post office.
His House Of Hair will be held harmless (not responsible) for Late and/or Delayed shipments due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, and\or carrier delays. NOTE: Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Please verify your shipping information before you submit your order for processing. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate & complete information possible. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Make sure you have included all of the required information (zip code, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For Refused Or Abandoned Shipments. If a shipment is returned due to an undeliverable address, you will be solely responsible for additional shipping charges that may be incurred. Your Irreplaceable purchase indicates that you have read and understood our shipping policy and agree to adhere to the terms as set forth.

No Returns, Exchanges only, No Exceptions.
According to Federal Law, you cannot return human hair products that have
been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle & trying it on.
The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged & all tags & packaging attached / included.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been brushed, combed, picked out, or processed in anyway.
